The public Hotel Revenue Co. site and demonstration material explain and test the product concept. They are not hotel operating records, audited financial statements or guarantees of commercial performance.

Illustrative operating scenarios

Where named hotels appear in demonstration material, public ratings and review themes may be real public information. Simulated signals, Potential Moments, interventions, guest identifiers and programme outcomes are labelled illustrative. Review-grounded scenarios are plausible reconstructions, not assertions that the depicted incident occurred.

RevEmo

RevEmo is a developing measurement framework. Candidate Moments do not change a published RevEmo result. Staff cannot self-declare guest validation: validation requests are emailed by Hotel Revenue Co. to the reservation email on the stay, staff never receive the link, and the guest confirms with the reservation surname. Possession of the reservation email and surname is treated as the guest's response; it is evidence from the reservation contact, not verified identity. Published programme economics depend on aligned populations, comparator design, costs, capture, reach, validation and operational capacity.

Authorised access

Signed-in workspaces are for authorised users only. Roles, organisations, properties and departments are enforced server-side. Users must not attempt to access guest context, properties or roles outside their assigned permissions.

Customer workspaces

Commercial pilots and production workspaces are governed by the applicable proposal, customer agreement and data-processing terms. Those documents identify the contracting legal entity, permitted data sources, service scope, retention and any customer-specific security or privacy requirements.

Third-party names and sources

Hotel and platform names may be referenced to identify public information or to demonstrate product behaviour. Such references do not imply endorsement, partnership or customer status unless expressly stated.
